We’re the UK’s only EV battery manufacturer, and we’re recruiting for production and maintenance roles to work in our Sunderland gigafactory. Currently under construction, the new 15.8GWh gigafactory is 30m high and 360m long – taller than the Angel of the North and longer than the Northern Spire Bridge.
We’ll need over 750 new roles to help us deliver our leading electric vehicle batteries to our customers, and a role with AESC UK offers great growth and development opportunities.
Ideally located to build a local career
You’ll find our gigafactory in the heart of the region’s net zero evolution, on the International Advanced Manufacturing Park on International Drive, East Boldon - ideally located adjacent to the A1 and A19.
We’re easily accessible from Newcastle, Gateshead, South Tyneside, North Tyneside, Durham City, County Durham, Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Tees Valley, and South Northumberland.
