About our Production Operator job opportunity:

  • Permanent positions, working across day, late and night shifts

  • £24,896 per annum rising to £27,259 after 1-year service

  • Plus shift allowance between 12-30% + paid overtime + benefits

  • We offer a variety of shift patterns, so you can plan your life around work

  • Working calendar shared a minimum of 2 weeks in advance

If you’re interested in learning new skills, then a role in our production team is a great career move. You might have worked in a production environment before – but ours is like no other. Split across four unique areas, each serving an important purpose in the high value battery manufacturing process, our production teams are the people at the centre of everything we do.

From production to charging and activating our cells, before stacking them together to form modules, then packing and wiring the modules into pack cases ready to roll off the production line. Full training will be provided to perform your role, with great opportunities to develop your skills.

You’ll learn to work with precision in a fast-paced and supportive environment, and become meticulous with quality and safety standards.

About our Maintenance Technician job opportunity:

  • Permanent positions, working across day and night shifts

  • £50,828 per annum rising to £62,190 including shift allowance

  • Overtime available

  • ONC / BTEC OR NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical engineering preferable

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our Maintenance team in order to support current production as well as the development and operation of a world class and innovative mass manufacturing Gigafactory. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most exciting, large scale industrial developments in many years, where new and emerging technologies will be adopted in support of the rapidly growing electric vehicle marketplace.

You will be working with the latest cutting-edge equipment and advanced manufacturing processes and continue to drive improvements forward whilst maintaining the products highest quality and performance levels.
